Cooper at 1 Month Old

Cooper is officially a month old. That went fast. He has been such a sweet baby boy. He is very content and still sleeping all the time. He's even sleeping great at night, only waking up two or three times. He wakes up, eats and goes right back to sleep. Thanks to big brother Jacob we are all usually up right around 6:30 every morning which was rough at first, but I'm adjusting to it. Coop is becoming quite the little chunker. He eats like a champ! The poor little guy has had some tummy troubles since we brought him home, but as long as we make sure he gets the gas drops before every bottle he does okay. We have started calling him Mr. Clean over the last couple of weeks. The poor thing has the worst cradle cap and it just so happens to be in his eyebrows and looks like a unibrow. When he gets mad his face turns bright red and the white of the cradle cap really sticks out, hence the Mr. Clean name. Luckily that is slowly going away with a little baby oil and a soft toothbrush. Coop makes the funniest poop face! There is no hiding when he's doing his business as he power grunts and looks like he may just explode, and then it sounds like he does... if you know what I mean.

Jake has started to get a bit more jealous of having Cooper around and laying claim to, well, pretty much everything. He is still very soft and sweet to Coop though, so I can handle everything else. Jason and I are feeling more than blessed yet again to have such a wonderful little boy in our home.
